Here are simple ways to add more ginger to your everyday diet...
Add 1 inch of fresh ginger to a smoothie (my smoothie guide here)
Ginger tea (I love Pukka Three Ginger) or make it using fresh ginger
Add 1tsp of ground ginger to a turmeric latte
Add 1 tsp of ground ginger to curries
Add to soups (tahini, ginger & carrot soup recipe here)
(note if you suffer from GERD ginger can irritate symptoms in some people so introduce slowly)
